The success of an event relies on many aspects. One of them is location.
Our conference will take place in the Airport Hotel Okęcie in Warsaw.
The hotel is conveniently located in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw Chopin Airport and close to the intersection of expressways S2, S7, and S8.
Many years of experience organizing various types of events, a large accommodation base, a rich gastronomic offer, fitness and spa areas, in our opinion, make it a perfect venue for the WARSAW EQUINE ACADEMY 'Neck & Back Dysfunction in Sports Horses’ Conference.
Since the comfort of our guests is one of our main priorities, the lectures will take place in a beautiful, spacious conference room with a private foyer, and a team-building meeting will be held in the hotel's Aviator Club - an atmospheric place with an impressive view of the city skyline.
We recommend accommodation at the Airport Hotel Okecie. Our participants will be entitled to a 20% discount.

The WARSAW EQUINE ACADEMY project was born in the minds of professionals involved in treating horses, who wanted to broaden their knowledge and offer the same possibility to their colleagues.
Our motto: "PRACTICIANS TO PRACTICIANS"
We would like the WEA conference to become a recurring event in the international hippiatric calendar, dedicated to those who want to extend their knowledge and skills regardless of previous work experience. The speakers who will give their lectures are world-class veterinarians who deal with the treatment of sports horses daily.
We do our best to make the WEA conferences an elite event for specialists in horse treatment, organized annually in Warsaw. We will do our best to meet your expectations and have our ears open to suggestions regarding your areas of interest and topics that you would like to be covered during our future conference that would bring value to your practices.
We will be very pleased to develop this project together with you, focusing on a practical, holistic approach to our patients.
We diagnose, treat and rehabilitate.
